With our roots based in Iowa, JR & Co. responded to one of the century’s worst storms to hit the Cedar Rapids area. The storm damage totaled $7.5 billion, affecting 133,000 homes and thousands of businesses. Our approach was to help business owners and operators to secure their damaged roofs and initially “dry in” their facilities with rapid response. By this approach, we were able to flex and support our Cedar Rapids projects with equipment and manpower from two nearby branch locations. Helping others immediately after the 2020 derecho solidified our commitment to servicing the Cedar Rapids community with a local permanent presence, working for many Cedar Rapids roofing clients who then became friends and referrals for our commercial roofing services.

Jonathan Schilling started with JR & Co. in 2005 and over the years has successfully filled many of our key positions. With years of experience in roofing and construction management, Jonathan was promoted to General Manager in 2013 and went on to purchase the company in 2017. Jonathan is a proud veteran of the United States Army, having served from 2007-2019.

Mike Harris joined JR&CO in 2020 and has since been an invaluable part of our team, serving as both Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. With his extensive background in corporate and public accounting, Mike has greatly enhanced the Finance function at JR&CO

Matthew Schilling

Matthew Schilling has been with JR&CO since 2007, starting as a Warehouse Assistant and working his way up to Executive VP of Operations. With over 15 years of construction experience, he is a skilled problem-solver and leader in operational management. Matthew also served nine years in the U.S. Army Reserves as a helicopter mechanic and CH-47 flight engineer.

Tony Medina

Tony Medina has nine years of experience in the roofing industry, having worked his way up from a crew member in 2015 to Vice President of Estimating. In his current role, he oversees estimating operations for over $100 million in annual revenue, with expertise in project estimation, cost management, and strategic planning.

Outside of work, Tony is a devoted family man, spending quality time with his wife and two children. He supports his kids in their competitive sports and shares a special bond with his son over NFL games. He also enjoys family movie nights, home projects, and caring for his farm animals. With a strong commitment to both his career and family life, Tony is dedicated to building a meaningful and fulfilling future.

Nathan Clausen

Nathan Clausen is VP – Private Sector for JR & Co. He has 12 years of commercial roofing experience and 5 years of photovoltaic solar experience. The combination of commercial roofing and solar expertise has helped put JR & Co. in a unique position to offer customers a customized Solar Roof System.

Mike House

Mike House joined JR&CO in 2020 and has held various positions, including roles in Sales, Business Development, Sales Management, and Vice President of Service. With nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry, he has played a key role in building sales and business development teams. Since becoming part of JR&CO’s leadership team in 2021, Mike has contributed significantly to the success of these teams. Additionally, he has focused on fostering strong, long-term relationships with clients.

As a lifelong Kansas City resident, Mike grew up in Kansas City, Kansas, and graduated from Turner High School before attending Rockhurst University, where he majored in Mathematics, played soccer, and served as team captain. A member of Tau Kappa Epsilon, Mike built lifelong friendships that have supported his success. Married for 25 years with four children, he channels his passion for soccer into coaching, refereeing, and supporting his kids’ games.

Aaron Gedminas

Aaron Gedminas joined the JR&CO team in March 2024 as the VP of Residential Sales. With over eight years of experience in the roofing industry, he has a proven track record of success. Before joining JR&CO, Aaron successfully managed another roofing company’s sales team. After investing heavily in that company, he decided to move on in search of a better fit for his goals. Driven by his passion for growth, Aaron is committed to expanding JR&CO’s Residential team and increasing our reach across all locations while continually growing the JR family that makes it all possible.

In his spare time, Aaron enjoys attending church, spending quality time with his daughter, and making memories with his family. Family and faith are at the core of his life, and he cherishes every moment with his loved ones.

David Clark

David Clarke is the VP of Safety and Compliance at JR&CO, with over 20 years of experience in the safety profession. A combat veteran of the US Army, David has lived and worked both nationally and internationally, shaping his leadership and safety philosophy. He is passionate about creating positive cultural changes in safety and leadership and is committed to mentoring and motivating others. 

David resides in Woodland Park, Colorado, with his wife Bess, son Brogan, and daughter Phoenix, where they enjoy the beauty of the Colorado outdoors. He values family time and embraces the opportunities that the surrounding nature provides, whether it’s fishing in the nearby lakes, hunting in the expansive wilderness, hiking the local trails, or playing a round of golf. The family’s connection to the outdoors is a big part of their lifestyle, and David makes the most of it whenever his work and travel schedules allow.

Ryan Vaughn

Ryan Vaughan joined the JR&CO family in early 2025 as General Manager. With a strong background in team leadership and growth, Ryan brings a wealth of experience in helping teams thrive and reach their full potential. 

Outside of work, he’s a proud husband of 17 years and father to 8 amazing kids who make every day an adventure. A Kansas City native, Ryan enjoys cheering on his kids at their activities, hosting family hangouts with friends, and, in his rare spare moments, chasing a golf ball or attempting to fix things around the house. Ryan’s passion for both his family and professional life is evident in everything he does, and he’s excited to continue contributing to the success of the JR&CO team.

Jason Flannery

Jason Flannery started his roofing career right after high school and has spent years honing his craft. He’s held various operational roles and now serves as Vice President of the Rock Mountain Region, overseeing high-level operations. Jason is committed to customer satisfaction, safety, and maintaining the highest standards of quality in every project. 

Outside of work, Jason is a proud single father to his son, Caden. He is passionate about physical fitness, regularly spending time at the gym and enjoying outdoor activities such as hiking. His greatest joy is sharing these experiences with Caden, making memories while staying active and healthy.

Justin Jorgensen has been with JR&CO since March 2010 and serves as VP – Public Sector. Justin has over 15 years of construction and project management experience and has served in various positions throughout the company during his tenure at JR&CO, from Crew Member to Director of Project Management.

“What I like about JR&CO is the family environment and the everyday challenges that help you grow. I have been married for over 20 years and have 3 children, plus my first grandkid on the way. Outside of work, I stay busy with all the different activities my kids are involved in; the past couple of years I have really enjoyed helping build the sets for show choir and the plays at school.”

Carl Gales

Carl Gales joined the JR&CO team in January of 2023 as a project manager, with the goal of establishing a Glass and Glazing Division, which was accomplished in 2025. Carl began his career at Atlas Glass and moved from Midwest Glass to Forman Glass, before finally joining the JR Family. With over 25 years of experience in glass and glazing Carl brings a wealth of knowledge to our newest department.

In his spare time Carl enjoys spending time with his wife of 20+ years and enjoys fishing out on the lake.

Chris Jorgensen

Chris Jorgensen has been the VP – New Construction since October 2021. He started at JR&CO in May of 2009 and has served successfully in various positions and departments, working his way through the ranks. In total, he has over 25 years of roofing experience.

Hannah Shuler has been with JR & Co., Inc. since October 2023, joining as an Administrative Assistant where she supports the team with various daily tasks.

Lucas Moore is the Controller at JR&CO, where he has played a key role in overseeing financial operations for the past four years. With a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC), graduating Summa Cum Laude, he brings a high level of precision and attention to detail to all aspects of their work.

In addition to his academic achievements, Lucas Moore is a proud military veteran, a background that has instilled strong discipline and a unique approach to problem-solving. His deep understanding of financial management, combined with a commitment to excellence, makes him an invaluable asset to the JR&CO team.

With a passion for delivering accurate financial reports and optimizing internal processes, Lucas Moore works closely with leadership to drive the company’s success. Outside of his professional endeavors, he is committed to continuous learning and spending time with family, and enjoys playing a game of pickleball.

Raleighe Gonzales

Raleighe Gonzales has been with JR&CO since 2020. In the Spring of 2023, she joined the Safety & Compliance team and earned her Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS) certification. Which allowed her to strengthen the company’s risk management and safety efforts. Raleighe’s day to day involves subcontractor onboarding and insurance audits, completes prequalifications for the Estimating team bids, oversees and maintains state and local licenses as well as manage JR&CO’s annual insurance renewals and audits.  With a 9-5 is filled with audits, reports, and problem solving, she leaves work feeling satisfied and challenged.

“Outside of work, I crochet life’s stress away one stitch at a time. It’s been a game changer. I also like going to concerts and art shows with my husband and friends. They keep me young.

Joe Swigart

Joe Swigart just celebrated his seven year anniversary with JR&CO Starting with residential sales in Kansas City, Joe moved to North Florida in 2019 to work alongside the Florida team. Joe has held the positions of business development and client care representative for JR&CO, but enjoys his current role as Account Manager servicing Florida and the Southeast region. 

Joe loves spending time with his wife of 30 years, 7 children, 3 children-in-law, and 2 of the cutest grandkids on the planet. Being a Kansas City Chiefs’ fan is a requirement for the entire family including those who marry into it. Joe also enjoys kayaking and serving in his church.

Brian Burke

Brian Burke started with JR&CO in 2022 as a superintendent and has filled many of our key positions over the years as the Colorado branch has grown. He currently works as an Senior Estimator where he has developed key relationships with many large general construction firms. With 34 years of experience in roofing (from being a service technician to being a 50/50 partner in a Florida firm) he brings extensive knowledge of the industry but is still learning as the industry grows and changes. Brian is a proud veteran of the United States Navy, having served from 1983-1989 on fast attack submarines and as a Navy diver.

Brett Conner

Brett Conner joined JR & Co. in May 2023 as a service technician. Since November 2023, he has been a valuable member of our estimating team. Brett focuses on building and maintaining relationships with general contractors nationwide by providing timely, organized, and cost-effective roofing solutions for new construction projects.

Brett aims to succeed at JR & Co. in order to provide for his wife, Julia, their one-year-old son, Peter, and their soon-to-be-born second child. Brett & Julia hope to fill this world with strong, kind individuals who desire to serve the Lord. In his free time, Brett enjoys playing golf, watching Royals baseball, and witnessing the greatness of Patrick Mahomes.

Malachi Swigart has been with JR & Co. since December of 2018 and became an estimator 6 months after that.  He has grown a lot as an estimator since then under the continuing estimating training JR & Co provides. He is currently estimating out of the Florida panhandle under the southeast region of JR & Co.

I love working for JR & Co. because of the family environment, it’s nice to work in a place where everyone is a team and not just a bunch of numbers on a spreadsheet. In my personal life, my favorite activities are anything I get to do with my wife, my son, and my daughter, especially outdoors.  We have a handful of horses and love rodeo, as well as Hunting, fishing, or boating.  Our local church is important to us as well, and we try to stay active in misistres too.

After spending most of my professional career in the construction industry, I joined JR&CO in January 2018 as a Process Coordinator.  I developed the Accounts Receivable Department.  In 2023, I began supporting the Owner, Jon Schilling, as his Executive Assistant.  In this process, I began managing the Administrative Team for all branches.  

After being in the industry for many years, I love working with such a family oriented company.  I’m close to retirement and I look forward to going out on top with the very best.

Josiah Shaull joined JR&CO in 2024 as an HR Coordinator and was promoted to HR Manager by the end of the year. His background in Intercultural Studies provides him with a strong understanding of people, which enables him to build effective relationships with JR&CO’s teams.

Daniel Nichols started with JR&CO in January 2020 and has been the Heavy Equipment & Warehouse Director since April 2023 – coordinating all equipment rental, in-house crane and roll off dumpster needs, as well as overseeing our Kansas City warehouse operations. We have a great team of qualified and experienced crane operators and material handlers who do an excellent job providing much needed services to all sectors of our company.

Holly Hughes joined JR&CO as an Office Administrator at our Florida branch in 2023. Holly’s previous experience in the construction industry has helped her as she seeks to grow more in knowledge and experience. Holly is a joy and pleasure to work with, always seeking to serve others around her.

Naomi has been with JR&CO since 2021, first in administration and now as the Payroll Manager. Since starting in payroll, she has brought payroll in-house, streamlined the process, and continues to find ways to innovate. When not working she loves spending time with her husband and two girls, affectionately known as work baby 1 and work baby 2.

Andrew Kaiser has been working at JR & Co. since February 2016.  Although he has held multiple positions within that time frame, he is currently serving as the Operations Support Manager.  He has over 10 years of construction experience and had the privilege of working overseas in Singapore for 4 years.

  Outside of work, Luke has been happily married to his wife for three and a half years. They enjoy going on walks, hiking, traveling, and staying involved in their local church. Jayke Maples is the Regional Sales Manager for the Residential Department at JR&CO, where he has been dedicated to driving customer satisfaction and developing a high-performing sales team since 2023. With a strong focus on customer care, Jayke emphasizes the importance of aligning his team’s efforts with the core values of the company, ensuring a consistently excellent experience for clients.

Outside of work, Jayke is a devoted husband to his wife, Taylor, and a proud father of two sons, Nikolai and Roan, who serve as his primary motivation in all aspects of life. When he’s not spending time with his family, Jayke enjoys playing soccer and indulging in music, always seeking a balance between his professional and personal passions.

TK Fujimoto joined JR&CO in 2023, initially working in the Marketing Department before transitioning to the Residential Department, becoming the Residential Operations Admin. In this new role, TK has been able to apply a diverse skill set while contributing to the company’s growth and success.

Outside of work, TK enjoys spending time with family and church family, valuing the connections and support these relationships bring. When not with loved ones, TK can often be found enjoying one of life’s simple pleasures—eating doughnuts.

Justin Marino joined the JR&CO team over a year ago as an experienced roofing professional with 7 years in the industry. As the Steep Slope Claims Coordinator at JR&CO Roofing, he oversees steep slope claims, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. Previously, Justin was a Commercial Estimator, developing expertise in project estimation and client relations.

Before joining JR&CO Roofing, he spent 5 years at Premier Roofing, where he gained hands-on experience and built a strong technical foundation. Passionate about growth and innovation, Justin is committed to contributing to JR&CO Roofing’s ongoing success and looks forward to further developing his skills.

Alex Chetelat

Alex Chetelat, Senior Estimator at JR&CO, brings expertise in sheet metal, steep slope, and flat roofing, including work at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. His career spans from crew member to leadership roles, driven by organization, continuous learning, and service.

A man of faith, Alex prioritizes his devotion to the Lord, his wife, and their growing family. A former college baseball standout, he holds a Bachelor’s in Sports Management and a Master’s in Administration. His resilience is unmatched—back to work just three months after an ACL tear.

Now with JR&CO’s Florida team, Alex is dedicated to growth, teamwork, and delivering excellence.

Granville Hare

Granville started with JR&CO in 2020 in the field on a sheet metal crew. With some experience with AutoCad he was moved to the shop drawing department shortly after. This allowed him to learn the fine details of the roofing and architectural sheet metal industry through trial and error and coordination with the architectural design team. After some time building shop sets he was moved to estimating where he has been for the last few years. He looks forward to continuing his education and impact in the field one bid at a time.

Nick Schuller

“I started roofing for JR when I was in high school & college as a seasonal employee in between semesters. I spent many of those years creating a brotherhood with some of the same men that are in leadership positions at JR today.  After college I went a different direction for several years before ultimately coming back to my midwest roots, where I heard there was a need for a roll-off truck driver/crane operator at JR. I worked as an operator for several years. Jonathan provided me with limitless possibilities, not as just a one dimensional employee. With those possibilities ahead I was excited to help manage the heavy equipment division for a year and then eventually move into an estimating position where I have found myself now – since 2019. Whether it’s been running endless loads of debris to the landfills, uncomfortable crane picks, or high stress estimates, I have found a home with the JR team and whatever it is I dedicate my working life to the company’s success, to ensure work for my fellow employees, and ultimately their well being. 

My awesome wife Stephanie and I have 3 girls, and 1 son, 2 dogs, 2 outdoor cats, and 9 chickens. I enjoy chess, gardening, golf, lifting weights, basketball, fishing, cooking and teaching my kids new things. I enjoy the simple things in life. I love the Lord and I am blessed.”

Tim Carson

Tim Carson started as a Project Manager at JR&CO in 2021 and over the years has managed several key projects for the Architectural Cladding Division. Tim has been a part of several design build accent walls, government standing seam panels, and IMP wall systems. With over a decade of experience in Construction Project Management, Tim has found his home at JR&CO.

Outside of work, Tim Carson enjoys playing soccer, coaching his kids athletic teams, and watching musicals with his family. Tim currently resides in Lenexa, KS where he was born, raised, and plans to die. “I LIKE LENEXA.”

David Tate

David Tate joined JR&CO in March of 2021 as a Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. His demonstrated leadership skills led to his promotion to Senior Project Manager and membership on the PM Steering Committee where he plays a pivotal role in guiding project strategy and ensuring the successful execution of complex projects. His hands-on approach, commitment to excellence, and extensive background make him an invaluable asset to our team.

Justin grew up immersed in the construction industry, starting as a young helper on residential job sites with his dad. The knowledge and hands-on experience he gained during those early years have shaped his career and continue to serve him today. With 25 years of construction experience and six years at JR&CO, Justin has made significant contributions across solar, sheet metal, commercial, and residential roofing. Now serving as a Service Superintendent, he plays a key role in ensuring quality and efficiency.

Outside of work, Justin treasures spending time with his wife and their six, soon to be seven, children, enjoying outdoor adventures and life together. He is also deeply connected to his church family, where he finds joy and fulfillment.

Allen Bailey

Allen Bailey has worked for JR&CO for sixteen years. He started as a service technician under a service foreman with just two service crews at the company. He moved up to be Service Operations Manager and two years ago was promoted to Service Manager to help with the growing Service Department. JR&CO currently has four experienced service crews running and plans on expanding in 2025. He was drawn to JR&CO sixteen years ago looking for a career and he found one in JR&CO.

When Allen is not working he enjoys bowling, watching football, grilling/smoking meat, and spending time with his family and triplet daughters.

Michael Warren

Michael Warren started with JR&CO in 2024 filling a Superintendent role with the Private Sector. Ten years of roofing experience roles from Laborer, Foreman, Repair Tech and Project Manager has led to a sufficient understanding of installation requirements and customer relations care. 

In his off time, he enjoys his wife and baby girl that was introduced to the world in 2024. If he is not at home, he can be found in a tree stand bowhunting for whitetail deer or on a river Crappie fishing.

Cory Goodwin

Cory has been the Manager of Quality Control at JR&CO since January 2021. Operations Manager since Nov 23. He has 20+ years of roofing experience with a hiatus between. He has been officiating football at the high school varsity level for the past fifteen years and made it to the level NAIA in the sport Lacrosse. 

“This is my second go around with JR&CO and was brought back by the people and culture they have cultivated. When not working, I enjoy playing and spending time at home with my wife and three young girls.”

Jacob Mueller

With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Jacob Mueller brings a wealth of knowledge, dedication, and leadership to his role as Operations Manager at JR&CO. Since joining the company in December 2018, Jacob has been instrumental in driving operational excellence and fostering a collaborative, family-like culture that sets JR&CO apart. His outstanding leadership has earned him recognition as a key contributor to the company’s success. Jacob holds a Civil Engineering Degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC), which he earned in 2016. His technical expertise, combined with his hands-on industry experience, allows him to approach challenges with innovative solutions and a commitment to quality.

Shawn Porter

Shawn Porter has been a Superintendent at JR&CO since 2019 and an Operations Manager for the New Construction Division since 2021.  He is a Marine Corps veteran and has a bachelor’s degree in business management.  Shawn’s tactful approach has been critical in understanding General Contractor needs and implementing strategies to ensure overall project success from start to finish.

Andrew Kaiser has been working at JR&CO since February 2016.  Although he has held multiple positions within that time frame, he is currently serving as the Operations Support Manager.  He has over 10 years of construction experience and had the privilege of working overseas in Singapore for 4 years.

Keith is a dedicated Residential Project Manager at JR&CO, where he has been contributing his expertise for almost a year. Kaleb Baldwin started working with his father Russ Baldwin shadowing him in sales/estimating 5 months ago. Kaleb has gained a large amount of knowledge and ability to estimate since working with his father. Kaleb is studying for his GED and plans to gain as much roofing knowledge as possible until he is old enough to join a crew/repairs.

Bruno Rosa

Bruno Rosa joined the JR&CO team after spending several years working on property damage insurance claims for a large public adjusting firm across the country. In his previous role, he was dedicated to ensuring that properties were properly compensated and restored to their pre-storm condition. Bruno brings his expertise in claims management and his commitment to quality service to his new role at JR&CO

Prior to moving to Florida I spent my first 50 years in Pennsylvania managing and owning collision repair facilities. Some of my hobbies include spending time with family and friends, metal detecting the South Florida beaches for lost jewelry, traveling with friends across the US and other countries treasure hunting, photography, working in my garage restoring and rebuilding cars and boats to name a few.”

I joined the JR&CO family in December of 2023 as a Superintendent, but I manage a diverse set of responsibilities that include overseeing the day-to-day on construction sites, project management, and actively selling.  My main focus is on growing the Northwest Arkansas market and building a self-sustaining, long-term operation in the area.  What attracted me to JR&CO was the incredible people and the company’s strong commitment to its core principles and values.  The culture here consistently reflects the integrity, collaboration, and dedication to excellence that make this a great place to work. 

Outside of JR&CO, I am a licensed Realtor and have a deep passion for real estate, particularly new construction.  I love helping people navigate the process of buying, selling, and investing in properties.  In my free time, I’m an avid golfer and enjoy traveling to play new courses across the country.  I also cherish spending time with my wife, McKenzi, and our daughter, Sutton Blair.  Whether it’s hitting the links or spending time with family, I enjoy a healthy work-life balance.

Russ Baldwin

Russell Baldwin has been working in the roofing industry since 1995. He began his career with his father, completing residential shingle installations before transitioning to commercial flat roofing systems in 1998. After merging with JR Roofing in 2001, Russell worked as a roof repair technician until 2004, then moved to the East Coast to continue roofing work. In 2009, he joined JR&CO in Kansas City as a roof technician.

In 2013, Russell shifted to sales and estimating, rejoining his father and expanding his knowledge in the roofing industry. Since then, he has specialized in inspecting, estimating, and selling a variety of commercial and residential roofing solutions.

“I enjoy spending time with family and friends in my spare time along with a passion for music.  I have been married to Krista for 20+ years now who I share three kids with two daughters and a son. I have been playing acoustic guitar for about 30 years now and enjoy playing all sorts of musical instruments. My son Kaleb started working with me here at JR&CO late 2024 and I am very excited to teach him all I can about the Roofing Industry.”

Zach Stamatis

Zach Stamatis, Sales/Business Development, is passionate about solving clients’ problems. By personally assessing their roofs, he is able to identify the best solutions for their buildings. His past experience in roof installation allows him to spot potential issues early, helping prevent costly problems for property owners.

Outside of work, Zach values time spent with his wife and son, as family is his top priority. He also enjoys watching football, basketball, and baseball. A fan of outdoor activities, Zach loves traveling to Colorado for skiing, hiking, and camping.

Rachel Schilling has been an integral part of JR&CO since 2017, gaining valuable experience across multiple departments and locations. She has held roles in administration, office management, and the federal division, each contributing to her deep understanding of the business. She also played a pivotal role in the startup of JR&CO’s Colorado division, dedicating three years to its growth before expanding her expertise to Florida and Omaha. Now, as Vice President of Marketing, she leverages her extensive operational knowledge and leadership experience to drive JR&CO’s brand strategy and market presence.

Abraham Nichols has been with JR&Co. since 2014, starting in the warehouse and working his way up through various leadership roles, including Service Foreman, Crew Foreman, Crew Supervisor, and Operations Manager. He now serves as the Florida Branch Manager, where he is committed to leading his team with integrity and dedication to quality services for both our commercial and residential clients.

Nathan Stewart joined JR&CO in 2015 as General Manager and has served in various leadership roles during the company’s growth and expansion, including the launch of our Colorado branch. As a certified Contracts Manager with a Master’s Degree in project management, he participates in professional associations and implements best practices across many of our departments. With over 15 years of experience working on government proposals and contracts, Nathan oversees our growing Federal program.

Ryan Hendrickson

Ryan Hendrickson started as a roofer at JR&CO in 2012 after working for several roofing contractors and roofing consulting companies since 2002. He has many years of experience in both roofing and roofing consulting. Ryan has worked all over the continental U.S., inspecting and installing roofs. Currently, he serves as an estimator and project engineer on federal projects. 

In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Travis Lloyd

Travis Lloyd has been employed at JR&CO since 2017. During my tenure, I have served as a foreman, superintendent, and, for the last four years, as a roofing and sheet metal estimator. My previous experience includes residential construction and warehouse management.

Luis Estrada

Luis Estrada joined JR&CO in 2021 as a Sheet Metal Crew Member and has since progressed to Superintendent. With over 10 years of experience, he has developed a passion for architectural sheet metal and strives to inspire others to continuously improve. His expertise spans flat roofing systems, exterior cladding, ACM, MCM, wood, composite materials, and custom fabrication. Luis is also currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management to further enhance his skills and knowledge.

Outside of work, Luis enjoys fishing, hiking, and spending time with his Miniature Dachshund. He’s a foodie who loves discovering new restaurants and trying great food. Always open to new experiences, Luis is dedicated to personal and professional growth.

Sergio Moran

Sergio Moran has been a valued member of the JR family for over 11 years, taking on various roles throughout his tenure. Starting as a crew member, Sergio quickly progressed to foreman and eventually earned the position of Superintendent, which he holds today. His dedication and work ethic have earned him the respect of his colleagues and peers. One of the aspects Sergio values most about working at JR&CO is the strong emphasis on family.

Edgar Sosa joined the JR&CO team two years ago, bringing with him 11 years of experience in glass and glazing. He started as an installer and quickly advanced to the role of Operations Manager/Superintendent. Throughout his career, Edgar has valued the strong family-oriented culture at JR&CO, which has made his experience even more fulfilling.

 Jeremy Ginger began working at JR&CO in 2023 as an Architectural Cladding Project Manager. He has over 18 years of experience as a Project Manager, primarily in Glass & Glazing. Jeremy’s experience brings value and knowledge to the JR&CO team.

Born and raised in Kansas, Jeremy has lived in Gardner for the past 9 years. He has 3 children, two of whom are also valued employees at JR&CO. In his free time, Jeremy enjoys hunting and fishing along with spending time with his family

Isaiah Nichols serves as the SW Florida Operations Manager with 8 years of hands-on experience in Government, GC, Commercial roofing, and Project Management. He excels in

that projects are completed with the highest standards of quality and safety.

Samantha Cunningham started at JR&CO August 2024 as the accounts payable manager. She moved here from the Wichita KS area and has 10+ years experience in accounts payable.
