Safety at JR & CO

JR & CO enjoys one of, if not the best safety ratings in the city. This is accomplished through a great teamwork, company-wide fanatical attention to detail, and a genuine caring for one another’s well being.

The term “family” gets thrown around here a lot, and for good reason. Because we have so many in house crews, we have great turnover rates for our industry. This not only translates to better workmanship, but to better safety, as you have fewer new roofers in dangerous situations.

The JR & CO Safety culture results in better insurance rates for us, which means better costs for our customers, and a better workplace for our employees.
