Commitment to Safety
Safety and Quality
Our relentless commitment to industry-leading, proactive safety measures is core to our mission. From management to our hardworking teams in the field, we have cultivated a culture of safety-oriented employees dedicated to maintaining the highest safety standards on every project.
Our Safety Practices
Every production staff member holds at least an OSHA 10-hour construction training certification, with many supervisors equipped with OSHA 30-hour certifications. Our training processes encompass extensive onboarding, monthly safety videos, and continuous education on topics like fall protection, hazardous communication, and first aid. Additionally, select employees undergo heavy equipment training for mobile scaffolding, aerial lifts, all-terrain forklifts, and crane operations.
