JR & Co. is an energetic, optimistic, and family-oriented construction company established in 1986 and headquartered in Kansas City, MO. While our primary focus is roofing, we offer a wide variety of services, including sheet metal, tenant finish, federal contracting, solar installation, disaster relief, rooftop maintenance, and roof restoration. We are determined to provide our customers with all their building envelope needs, including consultation, construction, and project oversight.

Jonathan Schilling

Jonathan Schilling started with JR & Co. in 2005 and over the years has successfully filled many of our key positions. With years of experience in roofing and construction management, Jonathan was promoted to General Manager in 2013 and went on to purchase the company in 2017. Jonathan is a proud veteran of the United States Army, having served from 2007-2019.

“JR & Co. has grown and succeeded because of the great, hardworking team of people that surround me. Without them, JR & Co. would not be what it is today. The JR & Co. culture of family that I have worked hard to cultivate is a direct inspiration of the love and support I get from my wife Rebecca and my six children – Asher, Katelyn, Emma, Olivia, Brynlee and Grant. Chief Financial Officer

Mike Harris

Mike Harris has been the Chief Financial Officer at JR & Co. since December 2020. He has over 30 years of financial experience in both the corporate and public accounting industries. Most recently Mike was a partner at a Big Four public accounting firm serving high profile clients across a wide variety of industries.

“I was drawn to JR & Co. by the opportunity to work within a great, employee-oriented culture. When I’m not working I enjoy golfing, cycling, scuba diving and spending time with my wife, daughter and Bernedoodle Hazael.

Chief Operating Officer

Matthew Schilling

Matthew Schilling has been with JR & Co. since 2007, starting as a Warehouse Assistant and working his way through the ranks to Chief Operations Officer in 2020.  With over a decade of hands-on construction experience, Matthew excels in problem-solving and operational management.  Matthew served in the United States Army Reserves for nine years as a helicopter mechanic and CH 47 flight engineer.

“I am thankful for the opportunity I’ve had to grow at JR & Co. and for the great team I work alongside. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our two children, playing sports, and attempting to make good BBQ.”

Chief Sales & Marketing Officer

Dave Layman

Dave Layman, a 30+ year sales management and general management veteran, currently serves JR & Co. as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. His focus is to build and implement strategies that will produce consistent revenue streams for the company and build trusting client relationships.

“It has been a blast working for JR & Co.!  As one of the “old guys” I love the challenge of keeping up with a high energy, talented and fearless team who loves to win and celebrate together. My wife, Beth, and I have lived in rural Leavenworth county for over 20 years. We have raised 9 children and have three grandchildren, so far!  My hobby is still playing competitive baseball in the Kansas City Men’s Senior Baseball League.

Drew Lints

Drew Lints came on board with JR & Co. in the fall of 2020 as the Branch Manager in Colorado. He is also on JR & Co.’s executive team serving as the Vice President of the Western Region. He has over 15 years of leadership and management experience in pastoral ministry and leads the team in Colorado with enthusiasm, strong leadership, vision, and excellence.

“Hi, I’m Drew! I love being a part of JR & Co. I was drawn here because of the shared values and family feel of the company. When I’m not at the office, visiting a job site, or meeting with customers, I’m most likely spending time with my wife Jenny and our two kids, mountain biking, skiing, fishing, or grilling good meat. We love living in Colorado and I love what I do: managing an awesome team and building JR & Co’s presence here in the west!”

Mike House

Mike House has been the VP of Southwest Region since October of 2021 after serving as the Vice President of Business Development since January, 2021. He has worked in the construction industry for over 25 years and strives to develop long lasting relationships with his customers.

“When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our four children.  We are huge fans of Sporting KC, the Chiefs, and the Kansas Jayhawks.  Most evenings and weekends, you can find my family at the soccer fields.”

David Schilling

David Schilling has been with JR & Co. since March 2012. He has served in several roles, starting out as a laborer on a crew, David now serves as the VP of Midwest Region. David has been able to work in many facets of the company including roofing and sheet metal.

“I’ve enjoyed the lasting relationships built at JR & Co. that go deeper than just work. Outside of work, I enjoy playing sports, woodworking, serving at my church, and spending time with my family. I’ve been very blessed with a wife, twin daughters, and a son.”

Tony Medina

Tony began his career in the roofing industry in the later part of 2015 and has been a part of the construction industry since
2005. In 2020 he was promoted to the role of Florida Branch Manager, and VP of Southeast Region in 2021. As VP Tony is responsible for all aspects of locations in his region and serves as a liaison to the JR & Co. corporate team.

“I enjoy spending time with the family and helping out friends and family with small home projects. I used to ride a sports motorcycle which is something I hope to be able to get back into some day. I also enjoy working on vehicles in any free time I get. I recently started getting into football and have been very attentive to games that take place over the weekends.”

Nathan Stewart

Nathan Stewart has been with JR & Co. since October of 2015 and has served in various leadership roles during the growth of our company. As a certified Contracts Manager and Project Manager with a Master’s degree in project management, he participates in local professional chapters and the development of best practices in these fields. He has over 15 years of construction supervision, project management, proposal development, contract negotiation, and leadership experience for federal contractors, large construction corporations, and private businesses.

“Before I came to work for JR & Co., I was one of their clients and my motivation to join the team was from years of experience working with them on large federal projects where they excelled beyond their competition in integrity and performance. Outside of work my wife and I with our four children enjoy exploring and experiencing the outdoors and traveling the country in our RV.”

Dan Hafley

Dan Hafley has been a part of our operational leadership since 2018. He has 43 years experience in a wide variety of sectors in the roofing industry both locally and nationally. Dan has served on several boards and committees with roofing industry trade associations, including as a past President of the Kansas Roofing Association.

“During my first visit to JR & Co. in 2018, I was impressed with the energy and the positive vibe with the people. I knew that this would be a good fit for me. When not talking and breaking down the finer points of constructability and workmanship, I enjoy my family time with my wife of 42 years, Connie and especially with my two grandchildren Lilly & William.”

VP of Private Roofing & Solar

Nathan Clausen

Nathan Clausen is VP of Private Roofing & Solar for JR & Co. He has 12 years of commercial roofing experience and 5 years of photovoltaic solar experience. The combination of commercial roofing and solar expertise has helped put JR & Co. in a unique position to offer customers a customized Solar Roof System.

“JR & Co. is like an extended family. It changes everything when you love the people you work with. When I’m not at work I am enjoying time with my wife and 5 children. We are busy with soccer, basketball, wrestling and gymnastics.”

Curtis Fraundorfer

Curtis joined the JR & Co. team in 2018 coming on as a project superintendent overseeing quality, production, and safety. Since taking over the operations of the Sheet Metal division in 2019, it has doubled in size and production. He has 20 years of experience in sheet metal and shop fabrication.

“What I like most about working for JR & Co. is the camaraderie and family atmosphere. When I am not working, I love to spend time with my wife and three girls and travel any chance we get.”

VP of New Construction Roofing

Chris Jorgensen

Chris Jorgensen has been the VP of New Construction Roofing since October 2021. He started at JR & Co. in May of 2009 and has served successfully in various positions and departments, working his way through the ranks. In total, he has over 23 years of roofing experience.

“I love JR because of the family atmosphere. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my ‘not-work’ family going camping and boating.”

Mike Paterson

Mike Paterson has been the VP of General Construction since October 2021 and has been at JR & Co. since March of the same year. He comes to JR & Co. with over 45 years of construction related experience.

“Choosing JR & Co. was an easy choice for me when I saw the culture that existed here. When not working, I like to relax by staying up to date on industry trends and information and spending time with my family on the water.”

Justin Jorgensen

Justin Jorgensen has been with JR & Co. since March 2010 and serves as VP of Public Roofing & Sheet Metal. Justin has over 15 years of construction and project management experience and has served in various positions throughout the company during his tenure at JR & Cofrom Crew Member to Director of Project Management.

“What I like about JR & Co. is the family environment and the everyday challenges that help you grow. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife of 17 years and my three children, coaching baseball, and camping.”

Linn Fredlund

Linn Fredlund has worked at JR & Co. since 2012. He has been in the Roofing Industry since he was 20 years old nailing up shingles. He has seen and been part of the Commercial Roofing Industry transition from Labor Intensive Roof Systems to Material Intensive Systems. Similarly he has been part of the movement toward sustainable roofing systems that are lightweight, reflective, hot air welded thermoplastic roofing membranes.

“In the past ten years that I have been a part of JR & Co. we have grown tremendously. That growth was fueled by a desire to offer roof systems of value for all of our customers. We feel that desire separates us from our competition. I enjoy traveling, sport activities, spending time with my Family and especially my grandchildren. Sneaking in a round of golf is my therapy.”

TJ Stuebs

TJ is a seasoned roofer, with more than 45 years in the industry. He have worked many projects and worn many hats in the industry from installation, sales, working insurance claims, value engineering scopes of work, comprehensive roof reports to consulting. He has a very good working knowledge of roofing systems and can produce very comprehensible roof reports / evaluations.

“I believe in performance, and getting the job done. No matter what the task. JR & Co. is up to the job. We worked in 20+ states in 2020 and installed over 65 million in product. As we grow we have now added tenant finish, sheet metal shop, solar installation on the GC side.”

Jon Hudson

Jon Hudson has been an Account Manager with JR & Co. since 2016.  He has 14 years of experience in commercial roofing with a large loss and catastrophe restoration.  He is an active member of IIBEC and holds multiple HAAG certifications.

Jeff Schendel

Jeff has been with JR & Co. since July 2020. Before that he owned a roofing company for 16 years, doing
both Commercial and Residential Roofing. He brings a wealth of knowledge with him in both business
and the roofing segment.

“What drew me to JR & Co. was the true family atmosphere and putting people and customers at the
forefront of our success. Jeff is a Proud Navy Veteran and stays involved with veteran’s programs thru his local American Legion Post. I enjoy spending time with my family, hunting and traveling.”

Jenny Bitar

Jenny Bitar has been at JR & Co. since July 2020. She has 22+ years sales and experience in a wide variety of sectors and industries. She is currently an active member of the community serving various roles in local organizations.

When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling to visit family, spending time with friends, reading fiction and non-fiction, watching my daughter compete in gymnastics, volunteering at my daughter’s school, growing in faith and spending time at home with my family and fur baby.”

Ed Yancik

Ed Yancik, born and raised in Colorado Springs as a third generation Colorado native, has an extensive career as a problem solving, customer service professional.  Ed possesses a unique combination of industrial aptitude and analytical process that delivers well thought-out solutions to our customers.

Jeff McGinnes

Jeff McGinness has been the Nashville Business Development Manager at JR & Co. since July 2020. He is a dependable and accomplished professional with sales, construction, and instructional experience who strives to find commercial roofing solutions that fit the unique needs of each client.

Joe Swigart

Joe Swigart has been with JR & Co. since January 2018. Currently, he does Business Development and Commercial sales in the North Florida office. He has 10 years sales experience. Joe is active in his local church (Grace Church of Tallahassee) and serves as a foster parent along with his wife.

When I’m not working, I enjoy outdoor activities like kayaking and going to the beach with my four grown children, my daughter-in-law, as well as other children that God brings into our home via the foster system. Director of Sheet Metal Estimating

Don Abell

Don Abell has been VP of Sheet Metal/Senior Sheet Metal Estimator at JR & Co. since January, 2016. He has extensive experience in architectural and ornamental sheet metal which spans over 41 years. His experience includes being a vital part in the start-up, equipment recommendations, and successful operation of sheet metal divisions at three separate companies. He has a very high level of experience in every facet and level of the architectural sheet metal business. He has designed, engineered, and supervised the successful completion of many high profile iconic buildings and pieces of metal art such as christian crosses, bronze memorial fountains, Icon Towers, Sunshades including decorative and unique metal wall systems on the interior and exterior. His experience in decorative metal artwork includes hammered stainless steel conference room door handles, blackened copper domes, polished stainless steel canopies with compound curved corners, and custom copper bar tops. His educational experience in sheet metal includes a 3-year degree and certification in all facets of welding/brazing/soldering including copper, aluminum, titanium, steel, and galvanized. He studied design, drafting by hand, sheet metal lay-out, and sheet metal fabrication while studying and certifying with honors from the 4-year Sheet Metal Journeyman Training in the Local Union No 2 in Kansas City, MO. In addition he earned his associates and is 15 credits from earning his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with concentration on Project Management.

“I was recruited to JR & Co. by the owner when contacted me in Piedmont, OK and asked me to come and assist to grow the architectural sheet metal division. I was captivated by his like minded love for the Lord and his transparent and insistent desire to add my expertise to his growing company. When I am not working I am either in the gym to try and stay healthy and fit; or in my RV camping with my beautiful bride. I have five beautiful children who are all young successful adults, My only son was born fourth of the five and was born on April Fool’s day. I have 9 grandchildren.”

Phil Koesterer

Phil Koesterer has been with JR & Co.’s Tenant Finish Department since 2018.  He has over 35 years of experience in tenant finish, ground up construction, commercial renovation and restaurant in-fill construction.  He is particularly experienced in Health Care and Assisted Living renovation.

Brody Christenson

Brody Christenson is the Director of Estimating and has been with JR & Co. since May, 2015. He started as a Crew Member, worked his way up to Forman and eventually got into an Estimator role. He is constantly trying to stay ahead of the learning curve by keeping up to date on product date and new systems.
“What I love about JR & Co. is the family atmosphere. No matter what the situation is, help at JR & Co. is just a phone call away. Outside of work I enjoy playing in the Northland Softball League, working on wood projects in my shop and cheering on Patty and the Chiefs. My wife and I are expecting our first child in January, 2022. We are very excited for the new adventures coming our way.”

Donnie Abell

Donnie Abell has been estimating for JR & Co. since December 2017. He has 20 years experience in the sheet metal industry and is very intrigued by architectural and ornamental metal work.

“I enjoy working with the JR & Co. team and feel blessed to be here! I have 3 kids that I admire greatly. I like to spend my free time Fishing, Golfing, and hanging out with my kids.”

Estimator

Ryan Hendrickson

Ryan Hendrickson has been in the Estimating Department at JR & Co. since October of 2015 and a member of JR & Co. since 2012. He has been in the roofing industry since he was 16 years old. Ryan has seen the roofing industry from several different aspects from labor, foreman, consultant, estimator to project management. He is currently an active member of IIBEC and holds a certification as a Registered Roof Observer (RRO) . Additionally he holds certifications as a CQM through U.S. Army CORPS of Engineers. Ryan supports our Federal Team and wears several hats depending on the customer’s needs.

“When not working, I enjoy hunting and fishing with my JR & Co. colleagues. I also enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife and kids.  At least once a year we enjoy a vacation on the gulf coast.”

Nick has worked as an estimator for JR & Co. from 2006-2010, and again since 2016.

Para Nosakhere

Para Nosakhere has been a Commercial Roofing Estimator at JR & Co. since January, 2019. He has 6 years roofing experience in a wide variety of system applications. He worked his way up from a trash picker to a foreman while out in the field. When presented with the opportunity to use his training to estimate, he did not hesitate.

“I was tricked into working at JR & Co. by my best friend and am happy to say it really was a life changing experience for me. When I’m not working, I enjoy playing softball, fishing, and wrestling with my 3 boys at home.

Russ Baldwin

Russ Baldwin has been in the roofing & construction industry for over 26 years and has been with JR & Co. since April, 2001. Throughout the 20 years with JR & Co. he has successfully performed many roles including Commercial & Residential Roof Installation, Repairs, Estimating, Inspection & Reporting, and Sales. He has developed strong relationships with many building owners and contractors throughout Kansas City during this time and continues to grow a successful book of business each year.

“I have worked for other roofing companies in the past and hands down, nobody treats their employees as good as JR & Co. does. The family-orientated environment and excellent leadership team are the main reasons I enjoy coming to work every day. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and three children, playing guitar, working on cars, gaming, and doing home projects for friends and family.”

Tom Hartwick

Thomas Hartwick has been in the roofing industry since 1974. He started out as a Laborer and worked his way up to Roofing Foreman and then Sheet Metal Foreman. He started Project Managing and Estimating in the Mid 80’s. He is familiar with all types of low slope roofing and steep slope roofing, sheet metal flashing and trim, standing seam roofs- both structural and architectural. He is also experienced in metal wall claddings, IMP ACM, aluminum plate and light gauge metal wall panels. He is currently a member of the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE) and has received his Certification from The Air Barrier Association of America (ABAA).

“I am a member of the Olathe Fellowship Church and enjoy motorcycle riding, The Kansas City Chiefs, gardening, and time on the patio smoking on my Trager and grilling with family and friends.”

Jacob Cannon

Jacob Cannon has been with JR & Co. since June 2016. While with JR & Co., Jacob has worked as a commercial roofer, superintendent, quality control manager, project manager, and commercial roofing estimator. Jacob has worked as a superintendent and quality control manager on Department of Defense and Department of Energy projects.

“I enjoy spending time with my wife and children, hunting, farming, traveling, and being outdoors in general.”

Malachi Swigart

Malachi Swigart has been with JR & Co. since December of 2018 and became an estimator 6 months after that. Though his first steps into the industry were with JR & Co. when he first started, he is eager to learn and has been able to become well trained in roofing and estimating with JR & Co.’s values in mind. He is currently estimating out of the Florida panhandle under the southeast region of JR & Co.

“I love working for JR & Co. because of the family environment. It’s nice to work in a place where everyone is a team and not just a bunch of numbers on a spreadsheet.  In my free time, I wear many different hats. I am in the Marine Corps Reserves, I enjoy playing rugby for a local club, and training Jiu Jitsu. My favorite thing to do is hang out with my wife and daughter and just live life to the fullest, especially outdoors. We love rodeo, hunting, fishing, boating and we stay active in our local church ministries as well.”

Granville Hare

Granville Hare has been with JR & Co. since November of 2020. He has previous experience in theatrical tech, corporate management, construction, and of course, the commercial roofing industry. While at JR & Co. he has worked as a sheet metal installer in the field, an AutoCAD designer, and an estimator while also joining the business development team.

“I joined JR & Co. to work through the pandemic while waiting for my previous job to start back. However I chosen to stay because of the professional, fun, and family-oriented environment. Ryan began his career in the roofing industry in 2010 and has over 10 years of experience. Prior to working with JR & Co. Ryan has held many positions focused on customer service, management, and leadership and has won many awards for his outstanding performance and customer service & sales in the staffing industry.

“When I’m not busy working I enjoy taking time off and traveling with my family. I’m also enjoy a wide variety of music, supporting my son’s football team, and even skateboarding a bit from time to time.”

Allen Bailey

Allen Bailey has worked for JR & Co. for thirteen years. He started out as a service technician under a service foreman with just two service crews at the company. He moved up to be service foreman six years later after learning all roofing systems and how they function. In 2018 he was promoted to the service department manager with five service crews under him at JR & Co. In 2021 Allen moved up to be Service Operations Manager and brought on a service manager to help with the growing service department. JR & Co. currently has six experienced service crews running and plans on expanding in 2022.

I was drawn to JR & Co. thirteen years ago looking for a career and he found one in JR & Co.  When Allen is not working he enjoys bowling, watching football, grilling/smoking meat, and spending time with his family.

Raul Dominguez-Santos has been the Service Assistant Manager since November 2018 & employed at JR & Co. since December 2015. He has 27 years of roofing experience.

“I worked for JR Roofing in Le Mars, IA in 1999, moved to Kansas City with the company in 2001. Then in 2002 my Brother and I opened our own company and ran it until 2015 when I returned to JR & Co. under the new ownership. When not working, I enjoy fishing, grilling and traveling and spending time my wife and 3 girls.”

Andrew Kaiser

Andrew Kaiser has been working at JR & Co. since February 2016.  Although he has held multiple positions within that time frame, he is currently serving as the Operations Support Manager.  He has over 7 years of construction experience and had the privilege of working overseas in Singapore for 4 years.

I’m so thankful for the opportunity to work at JR & Co. and can’t imagine working anywhere else. Outside of work, I spend as much time with my wife & 6 kids as I possibly can, and I seek to know God more through bible study and being involved with our church family.  If there is time after that, I enjoy various outdoor activities such as working in my yard and playing baseball/softball.

Abraham Nichols is the Operations Manager for the JR & Co. Florida Office. He has 8 years in Commercial and Residential Roofing. He is involved in building and training our construction teams to strive for absolute perfection.

Cory has been the Manager of Quality Control at JR & Co. since January, 2021. He has 15+ years of roofing experience with a hiatus in between. He has been officiating football at the high school varsity level for the past 12 years and made it to the level of NAIA in the sport of Lacrosse.

Octavio Tello has been working in Quality Control with JR & Co. since 2016. He started as a sub contractor became a full-time employee in 2019. He has 28 years of experience in the commercial roofing industry.

He has a background in mechanical engineering and has worked in various industries including Electrical Design, Mechanical Piping Design, and Commercial HVAC within the Pharmaceutical industry.

Stephen Kimberling is an in-house grown project manager that has been working with JR & Co. since July of 2017. His experience began in the field, side-by-side with many coworkers he calls friends that he has had the pleasure of growing with. Jacob Mueller has been in the construction industry for 25 years. He earned his Civil Engineering Degree from UMKC in 2016. Jacob has been the Solar Superintendent/Project Manager at JR & Co. since December of 2018 and has been recognized for his outstanding leadership during that time.

Justin Fross has been with JR & Co. since May, 2019, and a Sheetmetal Superintendent since August of 2020. He has been in the construction industry for 22 years doing both commercial and residential work. He won the rising star award within the company in 2019 and specializes in customer relations.

“The JR family is one that looks to help people grow in their knowledge and experience levels. When I came on I had a lot of learning to do and everyone I have encountered along the way has been willing to help me learn and experience more.  I am very thankful to be apart of the JR team. Selvinth Maldonado has been the Director of HR/Family Care at JR & Co. since May, 2021. He has 30 years of experience in Education, Social Work and Administration. He is currently an active member of Baseball Chapel and he serves as a pastor for a bilingual church in Kansas City, Kansas.

“My desire to work with the company was because of the many opportunities I have to serve employees, their families, and the community. When I am not working at JR & Co., I enjoy time with my family and friends from church, and I try to be active by playing soccer with my children.”

Sarah Hines

Sarah Hines has been the HR Coordinator at JR & Co. since August 2021. She has worked at the YMCA of Greater Kansas City for 5 years and has 1.5 years of HR experience. She is currently working towards her Bachelor’s in Human Resources and is scheduled to complete it in June of 2022. She is active in the community and has been volunteering at Mission Southside for over 5 years.

I wanted to work at JR & Co. because of its mission and values. I enjoy spending time with my family and going to visit my older sisters. I enjoy being active in my church and with Mission Southside. I like to bike, hike, ski and travel when I can and I also like being active and playing sports – especially pickleball or tennis.

Trent Carter

Trent Carter has been the Director of Safety and Compliance at JR & Co. for the past 8 years.  He has over 20 years of safety and compliance experience in both the private and public sector markets.  Trent received his OSHA 500 Authorized Trainer card in 2013 and re-certified this credential in 2017 and in 2021.  Trent currently holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, a Master of Arts in Human Resources with an emphasis on training and development and most recently completed the requirements and received a Master of Science in Occupational Safety Management from the University of Central Missouri.  Additionally, Trent also has attained the Graduate Safety Professional (GSP) and Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) designations as recognized by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.

Diana Jones

Diana Jones has been the Accounts Receivable Manager at JR & Co. since January 2019. Diana has over
30 years of accounting experience in the construction industry thru many aspects of construction. Her
initial goal in coming to JR & Co. was to develop accounting processes as the company continued to grow.

“I serve on the executive board of 3 non-profit organizations in the Kansas City metropolitan area. Two
(2) of my organizations focus on the IDD (intellectual & developmental disability) community. Serving
these organizations in an accounting capacity. I am currently the President of an organization that
focuses on law enforcement and veteran initiatives. I love giving back to my community. I enjoy
spending my free time with these organizations as well as spending time with my husband and 2
children.”

Susan Hult has been in the AR Department since November 2020. She brings over 35 years of Accounts Receivable experience to JR & Co.

Lucas Moore

Lucas Moore was a former Army Sargent that served with the 75th Ranger Regiment, after which he worked in many different industries before joining the team at JR & Co. He has been working at JR & Co. since October 2020 as a member of the project controls teams focused on increasing company cash flow and improving relationships with the business partners in our field of work. He is also currently an accounting major at UMKC, where he is planning on getting his CPA.

Madison Hancock

Madison Hancock works with Accounts Payable in the Accounting Department at JR & Co. She has experience in many different roles and departments over several years.

Naomi Bryant has been an administrative assistant at JR & Co. since March 2021. Naomi is passionate about organization and loves helping people. She was previously a children’s caretaker and a camp counselor at a Christian kid’s camp, God’s Mountain.

When I am not at work, I enjoy doing home DIY projects and expressing my creativity through painting, drawing, stitching, etc. You will also always find me spending time with my husband and dog, Wilson. I am an active church member and sing in the choir every Sunday. I was born and raised in Watford, England.

Katelynn Hare is a Sr. Administrative Assistant at JR & Co. She has been with the company since May of 2021, but has been working in the accounting/administrative side of the roofing industry for the past five years. Before making the switch to roofing she worked in cosmetology.

I chose to make a switch to JR & Co. because of their love and respect of family. Family is a huge part of my life and when I am not at work you will always find me spending time with them. I am married to a wonderful man, who also works here at JR & Co., and we have two beautiful children. I love watching them learn and grow, they make my life more exciting and wonderful everyday! A huge aspect of my life is my faith. I have grown up in and continue to serve at Avenue Family Church alongside my family.

Geraldine Tenorio

Geraldine Tenorio is an administrative assistant. She joined JR & Co. in April 2020.

The atmosphere and people around me make working at JR & Co. enjoyable. There is never a dull moment in my day. Outside of work I enjoy painting: I like trying different mediums and methods. My current favorites are acrylic pouring and oil paints. Along with that I enjoy reading a good book and spending time with my family.

Jordan Bates

Jordan Bates has been the Office Manager at JR & Co. in Colorado Springs since February 2021. She worked in student ministry at several churches before transitioning to the construction industry. Her time in ministry gave her plenty of administrative experience and people skills that help her excel at keeping things and people around the office organized and running smoothly.

“Though I’m not a Colorado native, I have always been a mountain girl at heart. I love most outdoor activities, especially those that my dog can enjoy with me! Hiking and camping in the summer, college football in the fall, and skiing in the winter are just some of the ways I like to spend my time.
