A few weeks ago, strong winds blew off several pieces of fascia metal on one of the buildings we completed. I needed someone to respond quickly to complete the repair as we were on strict deadlines from the Army Corps. I reached out to Nathan Stewart and explained the situation. He had a crew onsite doing another project. They were able to rearrange their schedule to tend to my pressing issue. They were there within just a couple days and completed the work in a very high quality manner and with professionalism. They also adhered to the very strict safety rules that come with working on the army base. I was not able to be there personally to supervise, but I had the utmost trust that they were more than capable without me and the repair was taken care of once and for all. Bob Cary

Bob Cary has held several different titles at JR & Co. since he joined the team in October 2018. For quite some time he played a crucial role as Quality Control and Safety Manager, overseeing many of our projects on military bases in Colorado. He has served the team in both supervisory and safety roles and most recently has taken on managing the warehouse in Colorado and stepping into more and more operations manager responsibilities. Bob serves the team in many capacities and he brings a lot of skills and abilities to the table.

Ronnie Hurt

Ronnie Hurt has been the Sheet Metal Superintendent at JR & Co. in Colorado since March 2021. He has over 20 years of sheet metal experience and has done sheet metal projects all over the world. He has been in manager/supervisory roles for over 15 years and adds incredible value to our team in building up great sheet metal foremen and skilled laborers as well as overseeing all our sheet metal projects on the Front Range.

Lee LaRochelle joined the JR & Co. team in Colorado in January of 2022. He has more than 30 years of sheet metal estimating and project management experience. He’s estimated projects up to $6 million and project managed projects up to $4.5 million. He adds a wealth of experience and knowledge to our team when it comes to sheet metal.

Beckie Mellen has worked in the Apartment Industry, on-site and as a supplier for 25 years.  As a supplier she has sold carpet cleaning, removal of bed bugs, construction, roofing, tile installs and floor coverings.  With the Apartment Industry she has become a Lyceum graduate, certified apartment supplier and served on the board of directors 2020-2022. She has received Volunteer of the Year 2017, Ambassador of the Year 2019, and Peak Sales Professional 2022.

Currently, Beckie is the chair for Special Events and co-chair for the communications council.
She volunteers with Colorado Springs Downtown Partnership for Urban Living Tours and Art on the Streets.
Beckie moved to Colorado in 1993, originally from Watertown, N.Y..  She has a daughter who is a choreographer and dancer.
