energy efficiency, and visual appeal. The roofing scope covered 142,000 sq. ft. and featured a fully adhered 60 mil TPO membrane by Versico, selected for its superior weather resistance and thermal performance. This system was
designed to meet the demands of a large-scale distribution facility and is backed by a 20-year warranty to ensure lasting protection.
The architectural cladding scope featured a variety of Centria insulated and single skin metal panel systems, enhancing both thermal efficiency and visual appeal. Interior walls were finished with Centria L-21 single skin metal panels, providing a durable and clean appearance.
