The scope included installation of approximately 142,000 square feet of fully adhered Versico 60‑mil TPO roofing, along with an extensive architectural metal package. JR&CO installed Centria insulated metal wall panels, soffit panels, and interior single-skin wall systems, as well as custom sheet metal flashing, trim, and roof accessories. Work was performed as part of a new construction expansion and required close coordination with the general contractor and other trades to sequence roofing, wall panels, and structural interfaces in accordance with detailed architectural and manufacturer requirements.
