Margaritaville Hotel in Kansas City, Kansas, features several high-quality architectural installations completed by our team. We installed 4,300 sq. ft. of Morin soft panels and 3,900 sq. ft. of Morin screenwall on the rooftop, enhancing the hotel’s modern design while providing essential protection from weather exposure. These systems were carefully integrated to complement the building’s structure and support both aesthetic and functional goals.
Our team also installed 6,000 sq. ft. of Cera Clad ceramic-coated siding and 4,600 sq. ft. of Trespa fiber/resin panels, selected for their strength, durability, and sleek, contemporary finish. Together, these materials deliver long-term performance, energy efficiency, and a cohesive visual identity that reflects the
hotel’s tropical-inspired brand. The project highlights our team’s attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, architecturally refined results.
