The Westin Cape Coral project was a significant undertaking following the devastating impact of Hurricane Ian in 2022. Located in Cape Coral, FL, this project involved the restoration and reroofing of 17 buildings, totaling 107,000 sq. ft. of roofing. The extensive damage caused by the hurricane required quick, efficient action, and our team was on-site immediately after the storm to begin tearing off and drying in all 17 roofs within just a few days.
The scope of work included several prominent structures, such as the two 22-story Westin Resort Towers, the two Promenade Buildings, the Hotel Bar & Grill, Convention Center, Parking Garage Tower Roofs, several walkway roofs, the Fitness Center, and the Clubhouse. This extensive range of roofs required meticulous planning and execution to ensure each structure was restored to its original condition and able to withstand future storms.
Our dedicated team, consisting of over 20 skilled crew members, worked tirelessly over a nine-month period to complete the project. The roofing system used was Brava Spanish Barrel Tile in Tuscan Clay, selected for its durability and aesthetic appeal, providing both protection and visual enhancement to the Westin Cape Coral’s iconic structures. This project showcases our commitment to delivering high-quality, efficient solutions even in the most challenging circumstances, ensuring the Westin Cape Coral remains a standout destination for years to come.
