Lenexa Smart Storage is a state-of-the-art storage facility built to provide secure, climate-controlled, and highly efficient storage solutions for the growing Lenexa community. The 40,000-square-foot facility required a durable, energy-efficient roofing system that blended seamlessly with the architectural aesthetics of the building.
To achieve this, the roofing system incorporated two layers of 2.6″ ISO insulation (R-30) to enhance energy efficiency and a 60 MIL TPO Versico Membrane for long-term durability. The design also featured a dual-color membrane application, ensuring that the white field membrane maximized heat reflectivity
while the tan membrane on the tall walls blended with the stucco finish. The Slate Gray coping metal, sourced from Metal Panels Inc., provided a sleek, polished look while ensuring structural integrity.
