Osprey Pointe is a residential community in Naples, Florida, where JR&CO completed a comprehensive roof-replacement program across 27 buildings within the development. The project, valued at over $3,000,000, included installation of approximately 220,800 square feet of 24-gauge Kynar-coated Sentrigard, a 1-inch rib
mechanically seamed standing seam roof system. The scope also incorporated new gutters and downspouts throughout the property.
Project planning addressed material staging and equipment movement within an occupied neighborhood, as well as seasonal weather conditions common to coastal Florida. Coordination with the manufacturer ensured compliance with system requirements, and site-specific safety procedures were established for work on
multi-story residential structures.
During construction, isolated substrate variations required field adjustments, though these conditions did not alter the planned schedule. All 27 buildings were completed with no leaks, no quality issues, and no punch-list items. Following installation, the project team conducted additional assessments to document existing conditions and outline long-term maintenance considerations for the community.
