JR&CO was proud to provide the full building envelope for the Berkley Riverfront Apartments, a premier residential development overlooking Kansas City’s riverfront. This project required a high-performance, visually striking exterior, seamlessly blending durability, energy efficiency, and modern aesthetics.
Our team installed 149,432 sq. ft. of 60 mil TPO Versico roofing, ensuring long-term weather resistance and energy efficiency. The scope also included Tectura Designs concrete pavers and pedestals, enhancing rooftop functionality and aesthetics.
The architectural cladding package spanned an impressive 53,454 sq. ft. and featured a variety of premium metal panels, including:
