This project features a variety of innovative roofing and architectural elements, including 1,300 square feet of 2″ Bison Pavers, 125 square feet of a custom-designed Live Roof system, and 2,600 square feet of Firestone 60mil TPO roofing. Additionally, 325 linear feet of Firestone coping and 500 square feet of Alpolic ACM panels were installed. The ACM panels were custom-designed and built to create a striking aesthetic around the formal entrance of the clubhouse, seamlessly wrapping around the stairs. The Live Roof system was meticulously hand-planted and tailored specifically for this project, adding a unique and sustainable feature to the overall design.
